Pearce is an integrated manufacturing group of companies specializing in the production of high alloy wear parts. Versatility and flexibility in operations allows Pearce to serve a multitude of industries that require high alloy castings, specialty steels, pumps, and pumping systems, as well as fabrication and equipment rebuild services. Pearce Foundry has a complete in-house design and pattern making facility with the ability to manufacture customized castings for a range of diverse applications.

To assure that customers receive the highest quality castings available, Pearce begins its manufacturing process by leveraging state-of-the-art 3-D modeling and solidification software. Pearce specializes in abrasion-resistant alloys including Chrome Moly, Hi-Chrome, Ni-Hard and Manganese Steel, Plain Carbon Steel Low Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Ductile, and Gray Irons. Each pour is analyzed for proper metal composition in Pearce’s testing labs using state-of-the-art spectrographic equipment to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained.
